About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Head of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts for our professional services and solutions. This individual will play a critical role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), driving opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This candidate will report into the CMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the demand generation marketing and the sales development function within the marketing team. Manage team and programs to budget, timeline, and goals. This includes hiring and management of employees, outside agencies, and contractors.
  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of NETSOL’s products, audiences, and buyer personas.
  • Own and measure performance and reporting of marketing programs against key metrics, including qualified leads, sales velocity, new business pipeline, and bookings. Hands-on experience using Salesforce reporting.
  • Implement, analyze, and optimize state-of-the-art marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition. Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Syndication, and other demand-related channels. You will determine the appropriate mix of marketing channels and programs that will convert target accounts into customers.
  • Own strategy, execution, and reporting for our ABM programs. Leverage intent data to understand where accounts are in their buying cycle.
  • Utilize data to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and optimize the buyer journey.
  • Lead and drive SEO efforts, working closely with content and product marketing teams to optimize for organic growth.
  • Collaborate with field marketing managers across global markets (US, China, Europe, Australia, etc.) for event planning and execution.
  • Craft strategies with communications and content teams to elevate brand awareness among target audiences.
  • Partner with product marketing to produce compelling marketing materials, such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
  • Forge strong relationships between Marketing and Sales teams. Effectively communicate across the marketing department and the broader organization, sharing campaign updates, timelines, processes, and results while championing the marketing team and demonstrating our impact on the business.
  • Partner closely with the broader marketing department on the development of the global marketing campaign calendar.
  • Regularly review lead/account scoring, and all funnel stages to uncover opportunities for optimization.


  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience executing high-volume digital and demand generation programs through rapid growth.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, email marketing, and other ad platforms.
  • A proven leader with 3+ years of experience building and managing a team of marketers, while also passionate about the team’s continuous learning, development, and growth.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies is preferred. Experience marketing to technical personas (i.e. software engineers and developers) is a bonus.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; easily able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Jira.
  • Experienced in building multichannel ABM and demand generation strategies that fuel industry-leading new business growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Budget management experience required.
  • Bachelors degree required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
