Qualifications:

• CS/IT/Software Engineering degree holder, or equivalent practical experience
• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Understanding of Test plans, Test cases and Test scenarios.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development process.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Good English communication skills verbally and in written format
• Experience in writing test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects
• Highly collaborative and willing to play various team roles as needed to deliver quality releases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• SQA related certification will be a plus point
• Have an eye for detail, methodical approach to testing software artefacts and strong understanding of testing discipline, Good documentation skills.
• Team player, solution-oriented, critical-thinker, responsible, proactive, self-managed, driven, motivated, Strong interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, Eagerness to learn.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Facilitate requirement Gathering, build testing solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a high-quality product.
• Review and analyze requirement specifications.
• Participate in requirements review and understand new feature development.
• Develop, review and maintain artifacts produced during the STLC.
• Develop test design, test scenario matrix and test sequence documents
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
• Assist in designing, implementation, and execution of test cases for new and existing features.
• Collaborate with the software engineering team on QA/Testing topics.
• Contribute to our quality projects, including automation of test cases, with a focus on feature deployment.
• Actively participate in agile meetings with product management and development team.
• Communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to internal teams.
• Develop, document, and maintain test validation reports.
• Perform manual/Automation testing of browser, mobile, API, and embedded applications with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot issues in software.
• Provide analysis of testing results to our development team for needed improvements and further development.
• Work with Product Owners and external teams to continuously raise the quality bar of our product
• Experience with Test Management related tools
• Estimate, plan, execute and manage the testing efforts
• Hands on experience on UI testing.
• Configure the necessary test environment
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved.
• Evaluate test scenarios eligible for automation.
• Establish clear communication and relationships with stakeholders to ensure project quality and future business requirements
• Training and education on SQA processes and technologies.
