AI Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data , machine learning, and AI technologies, with experience in applying these skills to real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Research and Development: Conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and related fields.
• Algorithm Design: Develop, implement, and optimize AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large-scale datasets to extract meaningful patterns, insights, and trends.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train, test, and validate AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
• Publication and Documentation: Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals; maintain thorough documentation of methodologies and results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in AI research and development, machine learning, or a related area.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative models, or other advanced AI techniques.
