Lead Generation Specialist

An Inside Sales Rep/Lead Gen Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable making dozens of researched calls per day, generating interest through emails, work on researched accounts, qualifying prospects and nurturing leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Research the potential companies, Source data and convert potential prospects into sales leads and opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound warm calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Timely route the qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understand the needs of a prospect and propose value propositions accordingly
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the funnel of prospects within an assigned territory

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and excellent research skills
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
