Graphics Designer

We are looking for a Graphics Designer with at least 2 years of experience creating interfaces, large scale websites and/or applications, preferably in an agency setting.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience leading UX on projects with an exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
2. Expert proficiency level in a variety of design and prototyping tools
3. Concepting / pitching / wire framing / user flows / prototyping / etc.
4. Create project deliverables that clearly and persuasively communicate the UX strategy and the reasoning behind it
5. Create user experiences that can be mapped directly to the business and user requirements of the project as well as clearly communicate the UX strategy
6. Proven experience in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and platforms
7. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
8. Ability to excite and engage those around you to bring about the best outcomes
